Vintage Circus Hall Of Fame Felt Flag Pennant Size:4" x 9" Mostly even wear across with:: Vintage souvenir felt flag pennant that reads "Circus Hall of Fame" (which is located in Peru, IN) and has a lightly colored portrait of a clown. Reads "Circus Hall of Fame", circa 1960s 1970s vintage. Size Measures: 4" x 9".
