The condition makes it very hard to place a date on it but I would think based on the needlework and fabrics that it is some time in the last 30 40 years. The term Suzani is from the Persian word that means needle. Suzanis were traditionally made by Central Asian brides as part of their dowry, and were presented to the groom on the wedding day.
