With it's longline silhouette, 3 4 length sleeves, sleek lapels and metallic sequin embellishment it will add a polished look to any ensemble. The cotton fabrication is light weight and ideal for transitional season weather. It was handmade with love in Shelbyville, Indiana by a local design shop in the 90's. It has thin
