The illusion is that of a draped and wrapped dress but it is really created by a faux overlay at the front while the back has a panel that snaps into place at one shoulder and drapes down and over the entire back

Hips: 16-18" flat across the back from side seam to side seam and wraps to close so adjustable up or down from that an inch or two
