The hem of the skirt has fraying but it is sewn so it doesn't fray past a certain point

I think it would work for both smaller and larger than me though

Condition - I found one small light spot on the bodice

I didn't notice it until I was measuring because the other side covered it in the photos

There are sheer balloon sleeves
