1990s Fine Bead & Sequin Valentino Dress designer-ceil-chapman early 1970s skirt and topThis couture quality constructed cocktail dress that it is elaborately beaded and sequined by hand. The color is a pale silver grey and a fine silk net is set over an interior nude lining. This has then been shaped around the hips by gathered stripes of net that are connected by rows of crossed bead work. Near the hem these are attached only at the top of the row so that they create little flares of net on the last three layers. The top is stunning
